Eaton Bussmann 40ET – 40 A, 690 V AC / 500 V DC Bolted Tag Type Semiconductor Fuse-Link
The 40ET is a BS88 type high speed fuse-link from Eaton’s Bussmann series, rated at 40 A for 690 V AC / 500 V DC circuits. It is designed for semiconductor protection, providing ultra-fast, low I²t let-through clearance to protect power semiconductor devices — diodes, thyristors (SCRs) and IGBTs — in rectifiers, converters, drives and UPS systems. It has a bolted eyelet-tag body suited to mid-current rectifier and converter circuits.
